Hedge Bedstraw Seeds galium mollugo – grows in sun or semi-shade and is quite adaptable to most soils. It can be grown successfully in meadow grass and also works well growing in hedgerows where plants attract a wide range of insect life such as Bees, Butterflies and Ladybirds. Hedge Bedstraw is rambling plant with dense clusters of small creamy-white flowers that appear in July and August. Plants look best growing with other wild flowers that bloom in mid-summer such as Field Scabious, Meadow Cranesbill, Tufted vetch, Meadow Vetchling and Black knapweed.
