Bladder Campion Seeds silene vulgaris – grows best on dry well-drained soils where there is plenty of sunlight. It works well in meadow or rock gardens and is often found growing on grassy banks.
Plants attract a wide range of insect life such as Bees and Butterflies. Bladder Campion is a low growing species with a papery white flower that appears from May to August. It looks best growing with plants such as Oxeye daisies, Greater Knapweed, Meadow Cranesbills, Agrimony and Meadow Vetchling.
